How to Help
Every day our researchers are getting closer and closer to finding the keys to unlock the mysteries of the brain and to discovering better treatments and preventative strategies for the serious disorders that strike so many of our friends and family members.
Through the compassion, commitment and generosity of our donors, NARSAD has awarded more than $256 million in research grants since 1987. Every single dollar raised for NARSAD's research programs goes directly to funding research. All administrative and operating costs are paid for by two family foundations.
NARSAD has received the highest possible charity rating for efficiency and excellence from the American Institute of Philanthropy and is highly rated for fiscal health and responsibility by Charity Navigator. NARSAD also meets the extensive Standards for Charity Accountability developed by the BBB Wise Giving Alliance, a national charity monitoring organization affiliated with the Better Business Bureau.
If you need to know more before making a contribution, we'd like to share some of our most compelling reasons why you should give to NARSAD.
Please join us in our fight against psychiatric brain disorders by making a tax-deductible gift today. All contributions to NARSAD are tax-deductible to the full extent of the law.
